Ok, primary RAID array is at it again. Be prepared for system downtime in the near future. Now begs the question, can you RMA and RMA'd drive? Guess I'll find out soon enough. --Nevermind, the drive is out of warranty (probably as are all RMA replacement drives). Looking at prices though, it may be cheaper in the long run to grab 2 new, larger drives... [Update] Well that was not without major problems. Apparently the older Promise Ultra66 card I was using could not support >137GB (LBA48) drives, even after a BIOS update. So I had to swap some cards and get a new ATA-133 controller, but at least now I can rely on the hardware to support all current and future PATA drives.
